Join us in learning about the latest mason bee research, and participate in industry-focused discussions on Thursday and Friday. Join us for a grower-focused field day on Saturday. Virtual attendance will also be made possible via Zoom.

Scholarship Applications
OBA is offering meeting registration waivers and travel awards to help our members attend the 2026 annual meeting (October 22 - 24). We are also offering a waiver to attend the OBA Grower Day Saturday October 24th. Please fill out the form below to be made eligible for scholarships.

Meeting Abstract Submissions
OBA would like to invite researchers and growers to submit abstracts for our 2026 annual meeting (Oct 22 - 24) in Davis, California and virtually over Zoom. We especially welcome graduate student and postdoctoral researchers to submit their work. Please submit your abstract by Tuesday, September 15th for priority consideration and quickest turnaround, but we welcome abstract submissions until Friday, October 16th.

This year's meeting will take place will take place in Davis California at University of California Davis Thursday October 22nd - Saturday October 24th. Virtual attendance will also be made possible via Zoom. The cost of registration includes a 1-year OBA membership.
